Corporate Casino Night Belfast – A Vegas-Themed Event Case Study

In December 2024, we delivered a Vegas-themed corporate casino night in Belfast for a multinational engineering, technology and consulting services company, hosting 120 guests for an evening built around interaction, energy and memorable experiences.

The event took place in Hall 2 at ICC Belfast, Northern Ireland’s only purpose-built international convention centre.

While the venue itself is already impressive, what stood out most on the night was the transformation. Through the expertise and attention to detail of the ICC team, the space was beautifully styled to reflect a night in Las Vegas.

From lighting and layout to the overall atmosphere, every element worked together seamlessly. The addition of the casino tables enhanced this transformation further, helping to create a fully immersive experience that immediately drew guests into the theme

A Casino Setup Designed for Interaction

For this event, the client opted for a three-table setup:

1 Roulette table

2 Blackjack tables

This configuration worked perfectly for the size of the event, allowing a steady flow of guests to engage without overcrowding.

From early in the evening, the tables became a natural focal point — bringing people together, sparking conversation and creating a relaxed but energetic atmosphere.

Entertainment That Elevated the Atmosphere

Music was provided by YEOODJ, a team we’ve had the pleasure of working with on previous events.

Their ability to read the room and build the energy throughout the evening complemented the casino experience perfectly. Guests were able to move naturally between the dancefloor and the tables, keeping the event dynamic and engaging from start to finish.

A Night of Energy, Interaction and Friendly Competition

Guest enthusiasm was clear from the outset, with strong engagement across all tables throughout the evening.

On the roulette table, the standout moment came when Matt secured the win, although Chris ran him close (video below) — a highlight that added to the excitement and buzz around the room.

At the blackjack tables, the success was shared more widely, with two guests sharing the win and fully embracing the experience.
