With 250+ guests attending, the brief was clear: create a high-end Vegas-themed experience that would surprise, engage and entertain from start to finish.

From the moment I arrived that morning, it was clear this event was going to be something special. Blue Moon Event Design had a team already in full swing, completely transforming the Stuart Suite into a vibrant Las Vegas-style casino.
Every detail was carefully considered—from the lighting to the décor—creating a truly immersive setting.
Tables with large coloured feathers screamed “High-end Casino Night”, rather than party decoration.
Alongside this, YEOODJ, a fantastic event supplier we’ve worked with before, ensured the energy in the room stayed high all night with the perfect party soundtracks.
Hidden behind a huge red curtain at the entrance to The Stuart Suite was an epic night of fun, laughter and memories.

Although the theme was Vegas, the guests had no idea that a full fun casino experience awaited them. When the gaming tables opened and guests saw the tables, chips and professional dealers, the reaction was instant—excitement, curiosity and a rush to get involved.
