No gaming licenses are required as we simply provide themed entertainment. The Gambling Act 2005 allows you to host a fun casino for charitable or non-commercial purposes without a licence. If you are not playing for real money and prizes are awarded for winners that do not exceed £600 total value, then you won’t need a licence. Prizes are allowed to be given to winners on the night and we would work out who wins these for you

We do not exclude children from playing, it isn’t really gambling, they are just playing games essentially. We do ask parents to approach with their children & provide permission when they initially play.

A good rule of thumb is to have one table for every 30 – 50 guests. More tables may be required if it is a corporate event or if it is the main source of entertainment.
