What Is The Vegas Challenge?

The Vegas Challenge is a competitive casino experience built specifically for corporate events, staff parties and team celebrations.
Guests compete to finish the evening with the highest chip total. Every roulette spin and blackjack hand can move them up or down the leaderboard. The guest with the highest score at the end of the event is crowned Vegas Champion.
Every decision matters.
Play it safe and protect your chip stack — or take a calculated risk and climb the leaderboard. Every decision could move you closer to the top spot or send you tumbling down the rankings. The pressure builds naturally, quiet colleagues become surprisingly competitive, and complete strangers find themselves celebrating wins and commiserating over near-misses together.
At the end of the event, the leaderboard is revealed, the final rankings are announced and one guest is crowned Vegas Champion.

How The Vegas Challenge Works

On arrival, guests are welcomed and receive their casino chips for the evening.
During the event, every guest starts with the same opportunity, but only one will finish the evening as Vegas Champion. Guests manage their chips and make strategic decisions throughout the two to three hour competition as they attempt to climb the leaderboard. 
Our professional dealers explain the games, encourage participation and keep the energy high — so no previous casino experience is needed. Complete beginners get involved just as quickly as seasoned players.
As the evening progresses, the competition naturally intensifies. Colleagues who barely spoke at the start of the evening find themselves locked in friendly rivalries. The social atmosphere builds around the tables in a way that no amount of carefully planned icebreakers could achieve.
At the end of the night, scores are tallied, the leaderboard is revealed and your Vegas Champion is crowned. Prizes are awarded, photographs are taken and the stories from the evening begin immediately.

The Vegas Challenge In Action

One of our most memorable Vegas Challenge events took place at the iconic Crumlin Road Gaol in Belfast.
Following a three-course meal, 100 guests took their places and prepared to take on the challenge. What started as a relaxed post-dinner atmosphere quickly evolved into a highly competitive battle for the top positions.
Colleagues encouraged one another and celebrated big wins. The inevitable frustration of watching a winning number land one space away from where it needed to brought the room to life in exactly the right way. Throughout the evening guests moved between roulette and blackjack, carefully managing their chips while attempting to outscore their colleagues.
By the time the final scores were revealed, the atmosphere was electric.
